Vandy got crucial win #6 against Kentucky last Saturday and they looked good doing it.

Can they take it to the Vols this weekend here in Nashville? The Vols are 3-7, have lost their coach, and have not played well against the Dores in recent years. I think Vandy has gotten over the hump and can put it to UT big time Saturday. :P

If Vandy can eliminate crucial mistakes, they win the game.

It is more crucial for Vandy to win this game and more devastating it they dont as compared to the effect it will have on UT (win or lose).

If Vandy can't win this game with UT playing this horrible, then it will be in the minds of Vandy players for years to come.

I don't care if vandy beats UT,

BUT I want Phil to make it one last time against the kittens and keep that streak going

Vandy may not beat them now but they beat them3 years ago. What was UT's record then; 5-6.

Bobby Johnson seems, by sports rumors at least, to be a virtual lock for the Clemson job. What effect might that have against Tennessee?

I am hearing that Phil Fulmer will be taking the Clemson job and that Bobby J. wants to stay in Nashville.

Clemson could do much worse, if that's the case. I think it'd be better for both men to do that, myself. Although I'm sure Fulmer will make more money than Johnson at Vandy. BUT, what if Auburn comes calling on Johnson. Hmmmm. (Assuming TT leaves, which I doubt. I just like the intrigue.) 8)

I told you so. Mistakes killed Vandy's chances to win today.
