I don't understand
How can we possibly justify the fact that Donte` Stallworth while driving drunk, struck and killed a man and get 30 days, plus time already served. Micheal Vick is found guilty of killing dogs and dog fighting and gets 23 months. Does anyone else see a problem with this?
If I were to read, much less answer, all the attacks made on me, this shop might as well be closed for business. Not sure what you see as the problem, but I see that them and alot more have no remorse for thier actions. I see alot that when found guilty of these and other acts, Like ARod, Manny, etc. just say that "it's behind them and they just want to play the game"
To me that says that they just don't care and have little to no remorse for thier actions. To me they are a bunch of liers.

What I was really have reference to was the fact that Vick gets 23 months for killing a dumb animal, a dog, and Stallworth get 30 days for taking a human life.

I think it shows alot about the judge and the person involved.
Stallworth pleaded guilty to DUI manslaughter, which carries a four-year mandatory minimum sentence for a “conviction.” The presiding judge apparently agreed that a guilty plea isn’t a “conviction.”
Stallworth also will be placed on 10 years of probation, and he must perform 1,000 hours of community service.
The key to this one, however, surely was the money he’s paying to the victim’s family. The guess is that it falls somewhere between $2 million and $5 million. And that it’s closer to $5 million.
