its just destiny for another year with the SEC Vs B10 for the NC! Im sure i know how most of you feel about Ohio State and the B10 but you've got to amit that this year other teams had THE chance to be there and failed! Ohio State almost gave it away as well!! It has been a crazy year to say the lest! I think it will be a great game! I think Tressel was alsleep last yr in the NC but i think you will find him wide eyes and bushy tailed this yr!

Im afraid though that LSU may have the advantage in this one! The top "D" (OSU)against the 3rd "D"(LSU) in the nation! But OSU must make some BIG plays on the "O" side if they want to win!

It could be a low scoring game:

Lsu could take this one!

I think The OSU will get this one. As a UT fan, who thinks UT played as good as they can, was not impressed with LSU. Remember, we almost beat them. Alabama almost beat them. Kentucky did beat them. LSU is a really good team (especially when healthy) but they play to the competition. All games seem to be close.

I think LSU will be healthy for this one. I think we will see another SEC blow out in the NC game.

As for the BCS bowls games, I am very disappointed. There is really not a BCS game that I am sitting here thinking I'm dying to see those teams play.

And Mizzou go the shaft man. How in the world does Kansas get selected over them and Illinois? Mizzou beat both of those teams during the regular season and won their division in their conference. What a travesty.

I look for all the BCS bowls to be blow outs. That's my opinion.

I won't be watching any bowl games except for the Sun Bowl in hopes my Ducks can salvage their season.

I wasn't impressed with LSU either. Agreeing with Rob, LSU will be healthy. That's when they were dominating. But I don't think it will be easy for them. OSU remembers last year very clearly. They don't have the Heisman hoopla going on either. I still pick LSU to win, but I won't be surprised if OSU pulls it out.

Me either.
They will probably be on in the background while we are playing games, eating or napping.

Makes me really look forward for baseball. only 2 more months until Pitchers and Catchers report for spring training!

Eager - without Dixon I think it will be tough for them to do. Talking about a green game, with Oregon's uniforms and S.Fla it will be tough determining who's who.

just curious PR...would you have felt the same if WV won? IMHO i didnt see them as a #1 team(WV).......

LSU will be healthy

you mean to tell me that the games they lost some keys players that would have helped them to win were hurt and if so did they play?

I agree.

I did not think GA would get into the NC. Though I wanted them too. However, I was sure hoping we would have played in the ROSE BOWL.

Mizzou did get shafted I think. Kansas has not played or won against anyone in the top 25 other than Mizz.

LSU will falter in the NC game. I honestly feel like, though it did not happen, if GA would have played LSU in the SEC game they would have killed them. THanks Vanderbilt for missing a kick by inches and Kentucky for falling apart in double header game they played with TN. They went to so many overtimes I started praying for anyone to win. Maybe thats where I messed up......................

O well, next year...................

Pastor Rob have you recovered from choking on Saturday?

What kind of question is that Dale? I would have loved to have seen WVU play in the NC game of coure. I would have rathered we played in the Orange Bowl in a natural rival against Va. Tech. I don't think Kansas deserved a BCS bid, I don't think Hawaii deserved one, nor did Illinois. So in those 3 games I don't think it will be much of a game. Will I watch, of course, I love football. But it doesn't mean I'm dying to watch.

I don't see OSU or LSU as a #1 team either, so what does that mean? without a playoff it's still a man deciding on who's #1.

First off, KB, I didn't choke because I didn't play. How if you are asking if I have recovered from the game, the answer to that question is simply put, it will be a long time before I recover from that game. Remember this is WVU and as you seen all season long we would win, drop in the polls. Then when we do lose we drop from 5 to 13 and from 2 to 9 so there is not much respect for WVU. So in order for us to play for a NC, all the stars have to line up, which, this year they did and we had it within our grasp and we lose to PITT at home when we played the worse game in several years. Out of all of the loses we have suffered int the Backyard Brawl, this was by far the worse. For that our parting gift is the Fiesta Bowl, playing one of the best teams in the country, Oklahoma.
We will get killed.
