I am a survivor. It was 70 here today, I got the yard mowed, edged, windows cleaned took a nice long motorcyle ride. The topper? Opening game for the Seattle Mariners.....baseball is back. Griffey hit his 8th opening day homer. I have been waiting a very long time to see that sweet swing once again in a Mariners uniform. Seattle is 1-0 and all is good once again in the universe.

Seattle has won 5 in a row.....! I dont think they did that all of last year. They one their season & home opener. Griffey looks so good in an M's uniform again. All is good in the universe again.

Well, the Braves are sucking wind kind of early, but I'm hoping they catch their breath and make a run for the division.

The Braves seem to always start out slow...

How about those Marineers? After 15 innings, they won. Go Seattle.

They are definately not the team of last year. They were down early and didnt quit. They were down late and didnt quit. Fun game to watch.
