Gerald, personally you know we pretty much agree on these things, but if you were at my church and disagreed with me on basic beliefs like this, I would want you to talk to me about it. One of us might find truth that we did not see, or it might not change either of our feelings about it, but we could either get to a place where we could agree to disagree, or we could know it was time to part ways in our ministries, but bottling it up and getting more and more frustrated with it isn't helping you, and it means if it does come out, you are less likely to handle it well as it has built up to a boil.
I am not sure which church you go to, but probably know your pastor. I can say I've seen some influence in a few in the CoGoP, but as many have said on here, for most of us in our local churches and even in our state, this type of thing is hardly being seen. If talking to your pastor doesn't seem to be enough, call the SO, Scott is easy to talk to, and from the times I have heard him preach, I don't think he'd disagree with you on these principles. I don't know if these are just overly stressed in your church (not typical of what I've seen across the state) or if it's just a topic that's a sore spot for you, but this is not typical of what we are seeing.
Worse case you may just have to move a little farther South-East!
