A doctor told a friend of mine to take Benadryl. I do not remember which form of B. he recommended. He said it was completely safe. I don't know if it makes you sleepy but it will put kids out like a light. You might act your local pharmacist about it.

With six kids you sound like you have had a lot of nights when you did not sleep. Ha Like the cartoon of the pregnant woman with the caption "I should have danced all night".
