The University of Hawaii Warriors.

The ONLY undefeated NCAA team in the nation. :)

Yes they are, however, I can not share your same excitement knowing the schedule they have played.

Congrats! If they get a bid to the BCS bowls they will have to play tougher competition. However, Boise St. pulled it off last year, so anything can happen.

Here's the thing...

You, know, I keep hearing this, and here's the thing: the players don't pick their opponents, they just play them and try to beat them. We had some tough schools lined up and they backed out... wonder why...

Seems to me some of the "big boys" this year got beat by unrated, under-dog teams, telling me that -- given a minimum standard of competence -- almost ant team could beat almost any other team if it is their moment and everything comes together for them.

Someone on another board, not from the WAC, posted this:
Congrats to the Rainbow Warriors! You have the best QB & 4 of the best receivers in all of the NCAA.

This is a Cinderella league that can upset anyone, anytime. Hawaii, Boise & Fresno should never be overlooked.

Now that we have reached the #12 position in the BCS, and assuming we beat the Washington Huskies as decisively as we beat Boise State, we will see how well Colt and the Warriors fare against the tough teams. I think you may be in for a surprise.

I think Colt is a good QB, but if you beat UW, which I think will happen, you should and will end up in a BCS bowl. However, if in that BCS game you win I will be the first to admit I was wrong and schedule who you want it doesn't matter. I only hope you will be willing to do the same if when you play one of the Big Boys you lose.

going undefeated in any conference is a HUGE accomplishment. Congrats on the mighty Warriors so far. So glad they dropped the "Rainbow" from the name a while back.

Next up, you have to play my UW Huskies who offer up the next great QB he has already rushed for more yards than any other Husky QB. Unfortunately, we also offer: a weak O-Line, minimal running game, a defense that is mediocre at best and absolutely no pass defense. We gave up over 500 yards in the air to Arizona who is not all that great.

I am looking forward to watching it anyways.

unfortunately, game time is what 11:30pm EST which means most of the nation will not watch.
Let the wild rumpus start!
