Top Ten for 10-12

After another exciting weekend of college football here is my new top 10 for this week. Sure to get some folks talking.

1. Penn St. They go to Camp Randall and destroy Wisconsin. They have yet to be really challenged this year. This maybe Joe Pa's best team ever.

2. Texas - WOW what a show they put on against OK. Colt McCoy did a great job looks like the front runner for the Heisman.

3. Alabama - I still think they are the best team in the West of the SEC.

4. USC - Here they come after a early season loss, you didn't think they would drop off the radar did you?

5. Florida - I said last week they would win the SEC east, (to some disagreement from some), they may win the SEC period! What a show.

6. Texas Tech - Only because they play in a conference that could challenge the SEC and they are undefeated. However that won't last.

7. Georgia - The second best team in the SEC east.

8. The Ohio State University - Pryor is the real deal. However, they are the 2nd best team in their conference.

9. Oklahoma - What a whipping they took. However, they are still a good team.

10. Missouri - Let's see how they rebound against Texas next week.

Best upset of the day (if you can call it that) Toledo over that team up north.

That's probably a pretty good top 10. I'd put Texas at #1, though. I'd put Penn State or Bama at 2 & 3, either way between them. SC at 4 is good. Florida at 5 I like. I'm not convinced on Texas Tech yet. I'd put them at 10. I'd go Oklahoma at 6, UGA at 7, Missouri at 8, OSU at 9.

And, honorable mention goes to Toledo just because!

Auburn plays West Virginia next week. Thoughts?

I am surprised that Oklahoma State is not on anyone's Top 10 list.

I would say that the Big 12 is just as stacked as the SEC in terms of teams that will beat each other up and stay in the Top 25.

9. Missouri
10. Texas Tech

UGA played a lack luster game and I was dissappointed in that. Our O-line keeps getting killed and taken out. Another one, Vance, is out for the season.

FQ, we got Vandy coming up this week. Should be good
