my first Christmas

Postby dawgs10 » December 1st, 2009, 3:09 am

this is my first Christmas that i am not a retail manager. i have waited for this year for a long time. its funny though, i miss the crowds and hustle during the season. i am sure that will go away when the plays and the parties and events start up and i can attend them with my family. our lives have changed alot this year. not as much money, much tighter budget, but God has blessed us. so i wanted to thank God for my first year in paid ministry. i also wanted to thank you guys for allowing me to say alot of stupid things on here sometimes just to get some feathers ruffled. i wanted to ask you guys to pray for my wife and I. so many changes this year. we do need your prayers. God is so good and he loves us so much!

Now...on a serious note...I am praying for you and your family. We need to get together for dinner soon.

Praying for you and your family for God's best in your lives and ministry. What I know above all things is that God is always faithful and always there. Have a tremendous time over the Christmas season with this new found tme with your family
You cannot effectively love and minister to others when you are obsessed with protecting
and preserving yourself.
