Tori's turn!

Postby Pastor Gary » May 3rd, 2011, 12:30 am

My daughter Tori is scheduled to be part of the Bulgaria Institute of Children's Ministries.

She has been invited to assist in the training of pastors and leaders from Bulgaria, Macedonia, Romania, Greece and Turkey. She will also go to some remote villages for ministry to children in local churches. I am proud of her and excited for her, and I am helping her seek support for two main reasons:
(1) This is not the typical drive-by short-term mission where some young people go in, do some good, and leave; this is a mission to equip indigenous leaders for better long-term ministry in their own context. This has the potential to impact future generations for decades to come!
(2) Before we asked anyone for help Tori took the initiative and raised $1,400 of the estimated $3,000 trip expense on her own. She is needing assistance with the remaining 53% of her expenses.

Will be doing my part later on today!! So excited for her.

The Jude 2 family provided almost half the funds for my daughter to go to Indonesia. I will never forget the outpouring of love and support poured into my daughter as God changed her life....partially through Jude 2 family and folks!

Come on, Guys! If you've ever wondered what is happening to today's youth....go to the site and contribute! Let's sow into them!!!!!

Pastor Gary,

We made a donation through Windward Worship Center to go toward Tori's trip. There was no way to earmark it through the website. It will come from Shelby Creasy's name since that is how we have our Pay pal set up. Can you see to it that it goes toward her mission trip?

Gary donation through your webpage is for Tori's mission trip
You cannot effectively love and minister to others when you are obsessed with protecting
and preserving yourself.
