Went to Ky to visit Mom last Wednesday. Saturday we got the call my sister in law had passed away. She had fought cancer for 3 years. I drove back here to Norfolk and got up the next morn and flew to Detroit for the funeral. I have slept 3-4 hours each night for the last 5 days. I was very touched by my brother at the funeral. Before they closed the casket he stood by the casket and talked to her for 5 minutes then leaned down and kissed her goodbye. When we got to the cemetary he insisted on staying until after the casket was lowered, vault sealed and dirt covered the grave. He said he wanted to stay with her until the end. I thot to myself, that type of devotion is rare today. I am now home and can rest and finally allow myself to finish my mourning in private.
To God be the Glory.
