By far my favorite scene. Loved the way he landed at the diner.

I am really liking the character Hiro. Seeing him now, geeky, meek unsure of himself and then gettign a glimpse of him from the future, he is a completly different person.... they have done well wriiting his character and he is definately pulling it off.

There's more to Hiro than meets the eye

Yes, it was a good episode. Not flashy as last week, though. No flying politicians. :-( And several moments I guessed what would happen, like that it was the woman who busted in the middle of that card game and also that the next door neighbor was working with the bad guys. Also that the cheerleaders parents were just acting. I think maybe they're making their clues a little too easy sometimes ---or maybe I'm just getting super smart myself!! :D

Pretty much a set up episode, at least that is what I thought. I did like it when Hiro found out that in the future, he carries a sword.
My wife told me the next door neighbor was bad the first time she saw her.

I am also wondering if the cheerleader is actually adopted or not after the clue her mother dropped about her chromosomes when she was born.

Yeah, I liked how he made light saber sounds. The reason Hiro is so cool, I think, is that he's a scifi/comic geek just like many of us who watch the show. I'd be a lot like him if I suddenly discovered I had superpowers.

Sounds like next week a lot of the heroes get together for the first time.

So is Niki really dead? Or will she be back, badder than ever?

Pretty slick powers of the hubby, huh? Imagine what kind of powers the kid may have!

I LOVE Hiro!! He is the perfect hero! Innocent and naive!

Niki is actually my least favorite 'hero' so far. She hasn't done anything heroic but seems more like the Hulk or something, who really isn't much of a hero either. They both create more trouble than they solve.

Yeah I haven't quite figured her out. It'll be interesting to see what her "thing" is.

It is starting to look like the father might be the good guy, I don't know if Niki is really "super" or if she has Multiple personality disorder, since the two personalities are so far different, I don't see how this would be a "power" she could use, she can't even control her own life.

Obviously she has super strength and the ability to kick some major butt. The only problem is, only her evil side can harness it so far. Maybe she will learn to supress the evil and control the power for good.

I saw a leaf falling from a tree in my backyard this morning and it stopped in mid-air (probably because of an invisible spider web). First thing I thought of was HIRO!

lol... I would have like to have had Hiro's powers when I was a kid... all those times people would begin to humiliate and pick on me (I was the geeky band nerd...lol) I could freeze time and leave...lol Could have saved me from gettin my rear beat and humiliated...lol And could you imagine the faces of those about to beat me down... Picture a circle of kids all leaning in to watch the geek get a beat down.... she's there and then she's gone... would freak them out!

Or use the power Hiro has like this. Wear 2 layers of clothing to church. Walk up to the front for prayer or something and then freeze time... take the top layer of clothing off and leave. Once out of sight restart time. People would think the rapture happened and they all got left behind!!!
