OSU and the Cards to meet in Basketball?

WELL not in STONE yet.

A few years back they use to have what they called the BIG 4 Classic.

UofL, IU, Purdue, and the kittens. it was both from In vs both from ky. sometimes it was a two game tourney.

WELL since purdue sux lately OSU is trying to revive the classic, and take their place.

The game stopped a few years back when UofL played IU and a freshman at UofL scored 30 on IU and Knight got mad because Denny Crum left him in the game. after that the series stopped.

NOW Sampson wants to restart, wants to Play the ville on a neutral court (if you call the whosyourdaddy dome... Neutral) OSU wants to start in 08-09 they have good classes coming in this year and next. Louisville sorta wants wait until the following year.

IU is sorta wanting to make it a football /basketball deal same weekend. UofL would consider if it was a OSU/UofL football on a Home and Home deal. PROBLEM IS... UofL is already filling football schedule, Has Ga coming in, working on a deal with ND, Miami looking as BSU and USC and the Ville bothe have said they will play anyone any time.. now BOTH are talking about a home and home once the ville finishes the add on to Papa Johns Cardinal Stadium to make it seat 68k

The OSU football game might be a 3 game one at OSU, then the Ville and the third in Cincy at the Bengals place.

According to those I know from Ohio ... there is only ONE OSU.

that is the only one that would make sence in these plans. THe Ville wants more Big Boys in football and OSU wants more Big boys in Basketball. THe Ville should be good the next few years. have good kids coming in this year and Next with only a few Srs

Unless you are talking about College Baseball and everyone knows OSU means Oregon State University.
