If he's been to jail before over this kind of stuff, the people still sending him donations should know better. In my opinion, they are decieved by the prosperity message. Popoff himself is nothing but flesh and bone with TV access and a lie that works.

The prosperity message is what we should be ready to cast stones against. If we defeat that, the decievers just go away, or maybe even get saved. Railing against Popoff accomplishes nothing.

Why is it that bad decisions seem to make to most interesting testimonies?

I've not seen his criminal record, so I don't know if he's a crook or not. If he has been ripping people off in the name of God, he'll got a lot to answer for when he stands before the throne. I really do feel bad for him if that's all true. Me, I never sent the guy any money, so I have nothing to feel ripped off about. And, if he's been to jail before over this kind of stuff, why are people still sending him donations?

Maybe they need to go to my "Overcoming Gullibility" class too.

If you had read my post instead of fumeing, you would notice that I did not make any statement referring to whether or not He was a crook. That was not my point. my point is that it is sad that we wait with rocks in hand, instead of folded hands in prayer.

BTW, you can send the check to my address on my web site. I will use it to feed children in Uganda, Sudan and Kano and many other places.

Now, Paul, that would be a misappropriation of funds, because I'll be earmarking it for your continuing education. Don't make me fling a stone between your eyes too!

No problem, As you know it is important that I travel to these countries so I can receive Continuing Education on the needs there. So I won't misrepresent the facts.

How much do you charge for that class? You could make a killing.

I give a discount for those who I deem to be really in need of it.
