Hawaii pulled of another victory on ESPN. They were down 14 points with less than 5 minutes to play, and tied the game at 35 all... went into overtime, scored, and then intercepted what could have been a pass to tie again. 42-35 Hawaii. Undefeated.
They have an off week next week, and then Homecoming on Oct. 27 against New Mexico State.
Colt Brennan attempted 72 passes during the game.

Over 600 yards of total offense with over 500 of that coming thru the air!
Caught part of it and it was a fun game to watch.
I am not looking forward to when the Univeristy of Washington plays them next month. Our secondary is young and if they dont improve, Colt will have a field day with us.
Let the wild rumpus start!

At the end
If you watched on ESPN and stayed til the very end, an ESPN reporter was trying to interview Brennan, and he said "I gotta go!"
He was in a hurry to get with the team, so they could kneel on the field for prayer. There are a bunch of genuine, on-fire, born-again Christians on the Warriors team this year, and they PRAY! It is a real blessing to watch student-led, fervent prayer and you have to wonder whether they might be the recipients of a measure of God's favor for honoring Him.

It is incredible to watch him work in person. He has great instincts, great skills, and can scramble and run it himself when he needs to. Our second-string QB, Granke, may step up and be his equal next year. Coach June Jones is known for building great QB's.
