Shelby is on her way!

Postby Shellie » October 22nd, 2007, 12:35 am

Just wanted to post and let you know. Several of you made that trip possible and you'll never know how you touched our hearts. You also showed a young girl that when God wants you to do something, He'll use His people to make sure you do it.

She hasn't posted anything yet because she plans to when she returns. (She's somewhat shy about receiving any attention.)

She has a suitcase full of school supplies, toys, puzzles, playdough, hair accessories and etc. ready to go.

She also has an extra memory card for her camera!

She'll return the weekend after next. Appreciate your prayers.

We are praying for Shelby, knowing that God will use her mightly. She had already assured that, in that she is willing to be used, and to go.

I know that it will have an impact that will never leave her.

Shelby, I thank you so much that you are willing to give and go touch lives for Jesus.

Shelby goes with favor and blessing. She goes with the love and prayer covering of the Jude2 family. Keep us updated.

(I have a pipeline to Bishop Zebua is you need to reach him.)

Brother Zebua is meeting them in Singapore AFTER they spend the night. I'm really more at peace than I thought I would be!

They will layover in Japan and then on to Singapore. A night in Singapore and then they will take a ferry over to Indonesia. She will be at ladies services and youth services at night and at orphanages each day.

She's got a suitcase full of puzzles, playdough, colored pencils, markers, glue, construction paper, Hot Wheels, blocks and etc.....

She is excited!

Prayer for her safety...I'm almost as excited as if I were going. I have seen the joy, the awareness, and compassion come out of so many young people on these trips. I get such a blessing form it.

I have many friends in Indonesia. Wonderful people.
