So, I am at the end of the last day of my final warning period, and my sales are still more than a point lower than the expected goal. I walk over to my supervisor's desk and ask "what happens now?", fully expecting to have my ID badge demanded on the spot and be frogmarched out the back door.
She says, "I don't know, Steve(the manager of the center) hasn't said what he wants to do, so I don't know what's gonna happen." I said, "so, come in tomorrow?" and she said "Yeah, come in like normal. Don't assume anything."
Huh.
I asked at the beginning of this month if I was gonna be dismissed if I didn't make the numbers, and she said yes. Now, she doesn't know.
Well, tune in tomorrow for the rest of the story, folks, apparently we aren't the only ones who don't know what it's gonna be...
