Any news from our girl, Shelby, in Indonesia? :?:

Thanks for asking!

I've spoken to her twice. Briefly. I figured that will cost us a gazillion dollars...don't know much about long distance on the other side of the world. :)

I've been wanting to post, but wanted her to be able to share when she returns.

One thing she said was that the children in the orphange were running up to her and touching her. After they touched her, they would laugh. She asked why they were laughing and was told that she was their blessing. They had been waiting on her to get there and they were enjoying "touching their blessing." Tallk about a life changing moment. There is a message in there somewhere!

She gave me a report on housing conditions and general things.

I can tell in her voice that she is already different.

How proud you must be. How wonderful for her to have such a life changing experience.

If we could comprehend that would be almost like comprehending the words of Christ himself concerning spiritual revelation. Simple, yet so powerful.

She will be home tonight. After sleeping it off, I'll have her post. :)
