great day at Cedar Ridge Church

I just wanted to thank all of you who have been praying for us.

Yesterday was absolutely fantastic.....I imagine that cats will have some pics...she is our official photographer for Jude2.!!!!!

Thanks to Pastor Gary for designing the new logo for us....it is sooooooooooo cool and our people are excited about it.

Thanks to those of you who have given money to the purchase of the new land....we are just about there....

We had a tremendous crowd yesterday....59 kids in Children's church and 12 babies in the nursery....just in 2nd service alone!

We had all the seats in the auditorium that we could add....over 200 seats ..again....just the 2nd service....We fed about 375 people and all of the people didn't stay for the meal...

To God be the Glory for it all!!!!!!

Hey, do you have a different website to reflect the name change yet?

Hopefully my wife and I can get down there in the near future to visit. Then I can ask you if all the stories I heard about you are true. LOL!

I wish I would have had my camera! UGH!!! I so wanted pics! I sent it with Caetie to Gatlinburg. It is her camera after all. :lol:

That was a bummer. I need my own camera! I LOVE taking pics.

It was an AWESOME day!!

I am a backward kinda person and a few times I was stressed. LOL! ALL THOSE PEOPLE! Whew! That wore me out. And the 12 babies in the nursery. I was juggling 3 of them. :lol:

One SMELLY diaper! :shock:

The new sign in system for the kids was funny. It will take us a while with 6 kids. :lol:

Talk about clogging the hallway! :shock:

And wouldn't ya know it... the FIRST day.. one of my kids had their number flashed on the power point! :lol:

Silas was the first kid to need his parent. Poor guy got bopped in the nose and was crying. Neither me or Danny was in the 2nd service to see the number. :twisted:

I was in the nursery and Danny was at Walmart getting MORE cokes for all the people! Howie was running around like a chicken with his head cut off looking for us. But OBVIOUSLY he did a "MAN LOOK" cause he didn't look in the nursery or ask the people setting up if they had seen Danny. :lol:

Typical man.

The message was good but scary! I know why you struggled with that one. :lol:

Isn't God funny sometimes?? His humor is kind of funny in a mean way. *watches for lightning* :lol:

After service and everyone was lined up for the food. OH MY GOODNESS! That lined went all the way up the parking lot! :shock:

I couldn't find Danny so I had to get the kids. He was pouring drinks! I made the kids sit and wait until the line was gone cause I couldn't juggle them all in a line with 5 plates all by myself. We were last in line with Ron and Diane. Danny was done by then and came to help. Thankfully there was PLENTY of food still!

I like the new name. I loved the saying on the bookmarks. It was a really good tiring day!
