Blackberry Outages?

Postby HogWild » November 14th, 2007, 4:12 am

For the past 36 hours or so I have not had any Email pushed to my Blackberry. I know in times past this has been because of service issues with Blackberry.

Has anyone else had any problems?

No problems here. My is in sync with our company exchange server, not personal email.

My BB is functioning fine... push mail is flooding me with SPAM as usual. :lol:

(I am on T-Mobile's system. Could it be a carrier problem? Have you turned it off and rebooted? Now and then I have had some interruptions that cleared when I restarted.)

"For surely, O LORD, you bless the righteous;
you surround them with your favor as with a shield." (Psalm 5:12)

On my "older" model, the 8700, I would have to do that just about daily. Power off, remove the batter and let sit for 1-2 minutes then power back on.

My new one, the 8800, I havent had to do that once yet.

It was wild - I had to go to the UsCellular Blackberry sight and had to upgrade to a new version of software and then re-send the service books and it started pushing Email...

I had tried rebooting several times to no avail. Seems to be working fine now.
