It sounds great. The buffet list sounds wonderful.

But, let me ask you....how can you celebrate a Winter Wonderland when there is no Winter going on? :D

Absolutely. We have room for all of you who will be here that day. :lol: :lol:

(The room has a capacity of something like 400-450 and we will have maybe 100 depending on people's finances.)

There are no real cheap places, like Motel 6, etc. here -- no "Motels" at all actually. Hotels? We got em by the hundreds. The most consistently affordable chain of hotels here tend to be Ohana Hotels and Resorts. Exact rates are, of course, dependent upon dates and availability, and vary a bit from property to property.
