My vote Les Miles. However he has a tough buy out clause in his contract with LSU that specifically names Michigan.

Les Miles has a 1.2 million dollar buyout with LSU to go to Michigan. The check has already been written and signed! Just waiting till after LSU's bowl game to put it in the mail.
