A Thanksgiving blessing

Postby paul » November 22nd, 2007, 6:06 am

I returned from Kano, Nigeria tuesday evening. Still trying to get adjustred with my time. Just wanted to past along how good God is. I requested your prayers for our visa to travel. Long story, but we left on November 10th. Our visa's were still in Washington D.C. on the night of the ninth. I received a call from the embassy that they would not be released in time for our travel.

They were finally released on Friday evening the 9th at 7;30 p.m. The fed ex was closed. But the drive drove to Dulles airport. Got them there about 30 minutes before the fedex plane left. I received my visa Saturday the 10th at 11.30 a.m. Only aboout 5 hours before we had to leave for the airport. - Tank you for the prayers.

Two quick testimony. We will be posting several on myspace later. During the last night of the crusade, I had just left the platform. A mother came running into the crusade ground carring her child of about 3 years old. The child could not walk. The mother had been at the hospital with the child. The Dr. had tried to give I.V.'s to the child to build up its strength but the viens were collapsed. The Dr. told the mother to take the child to the crusade he did not know what to do. When we prayed the child began to twist and move. Her mother placed her on the ground and the child began to walk all around totally healed by Jesus ( not man ).

Another young girl about 14 had been bed fast for several weeks with typhoid fever unable to move. They carried her to the crusade grounds and during the praise and worship service God completely healed her and she walked to the platform under her own power and share the healing.

It truly is a wonderful time of Thanksgiving.
You cannot effectively love and minister to others when you are obsessed with protecting
and preserving yourself.
