Sorry it took me so long to post. I've been busy getting caught up from my trip. I had to get caught up at school. I've been busy with dual enrollment at college and will be starting in January. I would appreciate your prayers with that.

There's no way to describe how thankful that I am for all the contributions and prayers to make this trip possible. It definitely changed my perspective on how I look at my relationship with God. We take so much for granted. Now, I try to live more thankful and compassionate after seeing what they deal with.

It was my first ever plane flight and here is what I learned. DON'T EAT AIRPLANE FOOD...unless you want everyone on the plane to hear you throwing up!! Number 2: If the person beside you is drinking, falls asleep and starts breathing in your face, ask to be relocated.

When we first got to Japan, we quickly realized that it was expensive and crowded. We left there for Singapore where we were met getting off the plane with men holding AK-47's. Obviously, they don't mess around in Singapore. Also, when a cab driver that isn't hired by the government tries to take you somewhere...don't GO!!! Otherwise, you will be followed by the AK-47's and questioned. Not fun.

We went to Indonesia by boat. WHILE we were on the boat, we were informed that they sink one boat a month and we had to ride one twice in the same month.

We arrived in Indonesia, (at the same time we left Singapore due to the time change.) We ministered to the church and we distributed gifts to the orphans at the orphanage.

The people were spiritually hungry and truly wanted something out of worship and God so there was amazing altar services. I saw a 3 year old girl praying more fervently than you see most adults.

The kids went crazy over the simplest toys such as playdough and a Connect Four game. The teenage boys acted like kids over gifts because of their innocence. Everybody wanted to touch me, get pictures of me, and just be with me because I was different and they were so thankful.

The entire village is hooked up to speakers that are connected to the mosques and everyday starting at 2 in the morning, they chant prayer rituals that broadcast over the entire village. They have these prayers at 2 am, sunrise, noon, sunset, and then midnight. So maybe Muslims become terrorists because they are cranky from lack of sleep. :D

The food was amazing.....JUST KIDDING. I ate rice almost as often as the Muslims prayed otherwise I'd be eating fish ball soup, fish skeletons and bloody chicken.

Just a side note for the left handed (since I learned the hard way), all bathroom business is done with the left hand so don't offer it even IF IT IS just to take a pen.

Again, another thanks for all you guys did. Please continue to pray for me that I will continue to go in the path that he chooses for me.

My dad is going to post some pics after I post this. Thanks again!!
