Washington Redskins Sean Taylor dies from gun shot

Postby Shellie » November 27th, 2007, 1:43 am

I saw this on the news this morning. He was in intensive care yesterday following being shot in what the news is saying was an armed home burglary.

They reported this morning that he had died.
There never was a horse that couldn't be rode and there never was a cowboy that couldn't be throwed.

That is horrible.

Sean Taylor was not the nicest guy nor did he have the cleanest criminal background but you hate for ANYONE to go out like that.

That being said, I doubt very strongly it was an armed robbery. Just the circumstances from the situation and where he was shot would lead me to believe otherwise.

I agree! IF we ever hear the truth I doubt that it will sound like the story we are being told now. SAD!!!

According to ESPN he was in bed with his girlfriend and the mother of his child when he was shot. It is so sad.

I meant where he was shot in his body. Groin area? Come on, especially if the dude's asleep in his bed you're not going to shoot him in the groin unless you want to send a message that he messed with a girl.

That's what I take from it.

Any way you cut it, it's a tragedy.
