I don't know...

Our youth just volunteers for the library and the costumes are called library characters. Here in Chattanooga the Christmas parade consists of anything you want to put in it, so that is what the library does.

Are you into mostly broke, rapidly decrepitating older men? I just happen to be one, you know...

It is downtown, but not at the big river grill. it's not far from there, but I don't know the name of the place.
