It was December 11,1962.. on a Tuesday night. Watching the original "Red Skelton" show and timing labor pains.
At approximately 1:32 am on the 12th... I gave birth to a daughter. Some of you know her. Sharon Turner.
I am blessed by her life.. a daughter who has never gave me a minute of worry. Has always loved the Lord.
She sang songs while standing in the back seat of the car on our way to church.. head about reaching the window frame.
When she was about 7 she fell on ice and broke a couple of her teeth while handing out gospel tracks in the neighborhood, going door to door.
She is a worker for God. Worked in the Children's church dept., Youth Camps. Helped her Husband during his pastoring. Taught S.S. Worked in VBS.
Her life is a living witness.
I very much admire this little girl that God loaned me.
God is good!!
