I saw ole Juan on there. Nice to see he has finally gotten what he wanted. He jumped ship several times till he got the position he wanted. Congrats to Juan. :shock:

No, Sis. They do NOT support the Fields of the Wood with these funds.

Nor does ANY of the factions that have left. They all CLAIM to be carrying out the "work of the CPMA" but not one dime of it is used in supporting Fields of the Wood.

My persoanl opinion is that it is nothing short of lying and deliberate attempt to extort funds to continue to sell CPMA Memberships and and do nothing to support the heritage.

I am sorry that I was misunderstood, me being old school was said very much tongue in cheek, most everyone here knows that.
I love our heritage, I am not ashamed of what was done, or preached because I know those who walked before us were walking in the light to the best of their knowledge and ability, but to do it just because it worked for them, it will work for us mentaility is far removed from a relationship with Christ.

As far as me going with one of the factions, trust me that will never happen. I was there when the "concerned" left at the Louisville Assembly. I was in a position to see behind the scenes, and there was NOTHING Goldy about the way they left. One can not build a "church" on the foundation of lies, deceit, hate, and threats and expect it to thrive. The multiple factions should be enough for anyone who is truly seeking to follow God to know that God had and is having NOTHING what-so-ever to do with it.

Well, I will jump of my soap box for now and hopefully these words will not be misunderstood, I tried to make it plain.... :twisted:

as mentioned, you need to click the download (little floppy disc icon) to get it. It is a .DOC file, so you will need mS word, or some other word processor that will open those kinds of files.

Rumor is that half of Nabors team defected on him after they lost to TCOG Stand in this year's 2007 One True Bride football games and he is looking for replacements. Trying to work out some trades under the table. Not gonna work there Nabors.

It was a bit of guilt by association. That letter was representative of the spirit and attitude most people outside of TCOG immediately associate with the organization, based upon a history of this kind of stuff. It doesn't seem fair to lump everyone in the group into that category, so I truly hope the good, sincere people in all of the xCOGx groups rise up and demand integrity, accountability and Biblical leadership from their respective groups. Hey One Love, which TCOG are you? I didn't notice that you posted in the Roll Call forum. That may have helped. We could have gotten to know you and where you were coming from. A2Jgirl posted in there and she's TCOG and we have really enjoyed her on here. She gave us some information about her and we kinda knew where she was coming from. I think that helps a bit.

NEWay, I just wanted to say that that would help if you don't mind posting in there. I think you can tell that we all pretty much know each other in here. And that has happened over time. I remember when I first started back in 98 with that-other-forum-that-shall-remain-nameless (<---- The forum that we were on before this one). Since then, I have graduated from college gotten married and had a baby. People are still on here from back then especially Pastor Gary. At first I thought he was crazy with some of the stuff he was saying. But now, I have the greatest respect for him. He is SOLID. He has really showed me stuff as well as others challenging me to study and search Christ and everything he has for me. I have come a long way and pratically grew up with them on this board.

He is a member of the same TCOG as A2Jgirl. He is really a nice guy.

Nabors came out of their TCOG group and made his own T-COG. :roll:

I thought I posted there but may not have sorry. Yes Im in The church of God that was formally known as the concerned. As Wen said Nabors left us over a year ago and started another TCOG because basically he wanted to eb overseer. He is a manipulative person and you know I dont say things like that much. Well I have posted my myspace on my name now so you can see who I am. I am a pastor in virginia Beach Va.

CPMA money goes to headquarters buiding fund. Because we dont have FOTW but they use it ti take care of HQ. Do I agree with that? HMMMMMMMMMMMM :lol:

I must assume that he (nabors) is really moving on cogop folks since TCOG people did not leave as much as he thought they would. So I feel he is going after those that still hold to the same doctrine but are in cogop , those that do not know what he has done. Don I meant no disrespect, sorry if it came across that way. If you look at my myspace there is a picture of me reading scripture at the fileds of the wood service you may remember me. I do remember you, I appreciate all you did.
