Chattanooga 05 was the only YC I went to...I thought it was decent at best. Pittsburgh isn't exactly a travel destination but props to HQ for deciding to move the event away from Mecca.

I probably won't have the money or time to go this year but I pray it will be blessed.

Even if I don't eat there, I love walking by that walk up place on the strip where they cook the sausages, peppers and onions - it smells so good!

Watch it everyone. I live in the Pittsburgh area. We are excited to have something like this in our area. Face it, everything is usually in the South. This is a first for us.

We have 28 churches in our state. And I believe one or two more have been / or will be added.

Can't express how excited we are.

GO STEELERS!!!

Are you serious? They have always been in the southeast! As a matter of fact, the first one I ever attended was in Atlanta, GA in 1987. :D

I will not be able to make the trip to Pittsburgh, but I am proud for those people in the northeast.

Weren't they only in California when they were doing them regionally?

Also I remember something about it being in Kelso, WA one time, I could be wrong.

DeWayne,

Are you including Regionals also? I was in Atlanta, Dallas, St. Louis, Tulsa, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Fort Mill, the more recent Chattanooga, and Kansas City (if you are including Regionals).

I am including regionals. From my perspective, I don't see a big difference - they are all put together from the youth department and the same goes into the regionals as does the nationals. Dallas, St. Louis, Chattanooga, Atlanta, Gatlinburg and Fort Mill were national conferences.

From my perspective, regionals, although enjoyable, did not have the same level of excitement due to the smaller crowds. The crowd factor would be the only difference I could point to. There is a huge difference in a crowd of 800 when compared to 6,000.
