Traffic bites throughout Nashville but I would avoid anything around Goodlettsville since I-65 south bound from there is better known as a parking lot than a thoroughfare during the morning and afternoon commutes.

It was held in Fort Worth. Can't remember the year but I remember Elwwod and Elva running across floor. I think it was the year Fred Fisher took office. ????? I visited that one while I went thru Dallas

Since leaving Cleveland, Assemblies have been held in Louisville, Forth Worth and Nashville.

The 2010 International Assembly is scheduled for July 27 - August 1 in Greensboro, NC. This is already posted on the COGOP website.

Efforts are being made to move out of the southeast beyond 2010.

Blessings!

Nashville Traffic

Postby Pastor Bill » January 26th, 2008, 12:41 pm

So is the traffic about the same coming into the city from any direction (we stayed in Murphreesboro last year, and are considering either Antioch or Goodlettsville this time around) most of the closer places are either much higher, full already, or we've been told the neighborhoods aren't the greatest.

I've found a good price out towards Goodlettsville, but have also been told traffic is awful.

We'll most likely come in in the morning, and go out late, so it's mostly the mornings that would effect us.

I just love to hear people get concerned over traffic...especially those who do not live in Southern California....  The 91, 60 and 10 going into L.A. you have to experience it.

Is this location...
I-40 and High Point Road
Greensboro, NC 27265

...the same place NC has State Convention? Or is this the Greensboro Coliseum?

We will be using the Sheraton/Koury Convention Center and the Greensboro Coliseum.

I have been out of the lurker's cave too much today. It is time to crawl back in.

Thanks -- Google Earth was not clear on the address listed.

Please don't! It is great having REAL information available -- it quashes rumors and helps keep it real. :D

They only listed one date on that, probably the start date, but at least it's in July! end of July, but less likely to interfere with school for most.

Actually, it is listed as "July 27 through August 1" -- and if you are a Google Earth user, I just tried to add a marker on the site. You need to be sure the "Google Earth Community" layer is enabled. It may take weeks for it to be added to their database, so you can click HERE to find the marker and click on it.

No Pastor Gary, This is not the same as the State Convention. Well not now anyways. We used to use the Auditorium (2500 capacity) in the Coliseum but now we use Providence Place over in High Point. It is a Church (1900 capacity)
