Psychiatric question

I have a very, very quick need for an answer to a question about a medical/psych term I can't find anywhere online and I've never seen it before.

"PSA psychosis"

I know what psychosis is, but I've never seen the abbreviation or acronym PSA used with it. PSA, as far as I've ever known it, is a prostate level. That's not what this is referring to.

But, I am doubting that's what this one means in this context.

The acronym doesn't quite fit. "Premorbid" means before sickness happens. It wouldn't make sense to diagnose someone with a pre-sickness sickness and prescribe them big-time antipsychotic meds for it -- but, hey, I'm no doctor. :lol:
