Voted yesterday!

Found out they were having early voting at the library near me, so I put the kiddos in the double stroller and we voted!

I realized that I REALLY REALLY need to be more informed when it comes to local voting. I of course voted for McCain but the others I was clueless about. I voted Republican across the board but felt bad because what if some of those independent candidates would have been better? I'm ashamed of myself. BUT at least I didn't do anything to help the democrats.

I was stumped though, on one for the TN House of Representatives... the only person running was a democrat. NO WAY was I voting on that one, and then I decided, just so that I could come on here and say that I did it, and I figured it wouldn't hurt any, I wrote in Ron Hamm. Would have done PG just for laughs, but I'm pretty sure you have to live in TN and I couldn't make myself stray that far from reality.

So, there ya go, Dr. Ron! Sorry to say, I don't think you have much chance of winning!

Diane and I voted yesterday as well and we both wrote my name in that same place.....

Three or four more and I may be a rep.......

I voted yesterday too...Yay!

If Ron Hamm had of campaigned better, I would have wrote him in...I had no idea he was running...

I also voted for McCain/Palin and Republican and left the one with only a democrat blank...

I enjoyed every moment of doing my part to stand against the "messiah, the one, that one, alpha, omega and all that other deception floating around about him"

PS I am glad I know Jesus and he is Lord of Lords and King of Kings in my life...And by his grace I will take my last stand upon this earth with him as my Lord and Savior!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I didn't campaign....I just left in the hands of the Lord. If he wants me to serve that position, he will direct people to write in my name.......it worked 3 times already and it's not even Nov.4th.......maybe I should campaign.....

I can gaurentee you could do as good a job as any we have to choose from with your good ole (not aged ) southern gentleman, common sense approach....And I mean that...So campaign away...Reggie took a chance on American Idol and look where it got him...GO REGGIE!!!

Those who want to vote early can call their election commission for times and locations. Here it's from Oct 15th till Oct 30th and the hours and locations are very convenient.

Thanks to those who mentioned early voting, I had only remembered absentee voting was possible.
