Disposable Diapers are GREENER. And a whole lot less gross.

Do you mean they're greener after they're used? Depends on what was eaten.

I don't know about carbon footprint. However, I do know that if I had to bury the diapers in my backyard when they were done being used, I would much rather bury the handful of cloth diapers we use, than the tons of disposables we would have used. Besides, my daughter likes them better, and I think they smell a lot better than the chemical smell the disposables put out. But those are just practical observations on my part. I haven't done any scientific studies on the matter. My wife, however, did a financial study on the matter and discovered that we will come out way ahead in the end using the cloth diapers.
