The FASTEST way imho to nuke a growing movement is to start a building program. Give it time to grow and stabilize and even run two services before the compulsion to start a building program overtakes your leaders. Continue to make it better and not bigger.

You have never seen arguments until you start deciding what color to make the carpet and bathrooms etc. :shock:
