Don't know if NY has truth in sentencing as the Federal system does (no early release), or if he'll get out on good time credit or parole before 2 years or not.

To me that's real dumb, To carry a firearm when there is a law against it.
Then on top going to a club with it, who are you going to shoot (yourself) :lol:

and you should probably reconsider the places you are going and the friends you are hanging with if you feel you need protection like that at a club.
