I have used Skype for a long time, and recognize its strengths and limitations. I have been reading up on MagicJack and it seems pretty good.
Anyone used both and have any experience comparing the two?

I have used MagicJack some and it seems to work fine for me. I have never used Skype for more than chatting really.
The other thing you may want to check out is the Ooma. It is a little expensive $250.00, but there is no phone bill after that, not exactly sure how international calls would work on it. It may not be as portable as Skype or the Magicjack.
