Sure read the entire chapter of Christ's Sacrifice Once for All. This deals with the man whom knowledge is given.. tries it out.. yet he rejects it. Note verse 10:28 as he gives reference back to old testament rejection. Judas here is a perfect example as he seen the Christ in action yet willfully rejects him and plots to kill him. The true apostate will continue to sin and willfully rejects the message and promise.
The True Believer in the Promise is different here. If he falls short due to temptation or weakness, repents and keeps going
1 John tell us.. “No one who is born of God practices sin, because His seed abides in him and he cannot sin, because he is born of God” (1 John 3:9)
God Bless
