The deal is done! I am now a "home owner." Although intellectually I know that this is the smartest move that I have made in many years, there is a part of me that is not quite comfortable with it yet. They had the closing on my house today, after a tennis match of scheduling dates, as one party or another couldn't make it there on this date but could on that date, back and forth ad nauseam. Reams of paperwork, long list of credits, fees, expenses and charges to explain the amount that was required for the Wire Transfer. For me the real "capper" was the 18 cent charge for my pro-rated property taxes for 2009. After all the thousands of dollars involved they were worried about $0.18. I thought to myself, "How silly can this get?" Well it's all over now. Now on to the next phase . . . . REHAB
