Question on posting videos

From a friend of mine who made a memorial video:

My video is too long for you tube and facebook. Anyone else know how I can send it out to family. Its 350MB but 31 minutes long.

Anyone know what she needs to do to be able to share it?

Compress and shrink it down. On the mac it's fairly simple..

Then upload the smaller one. Remember this is for the web and she can do a 640 x 480 size and it look fantastic.

Another option is to also break it up into segments. 1, 2, & 3.

You could try http://www.viddler.com There is a 500MB limit, but no limit on time.
