Help!!!

The scan light in my dell 962 all in one inkjet has gone kapoot. Anyone know where I can find one. Dell does not have them now.

It looks to be time to buy a new scanner all in one. If you can find one it probably will cost as much. Unless you have a service agreement than it would be one and done. I think those scanner lamps have only 90 days warranty.

was going to say the same thing. usualy the cost of the part, and repair will be nearly as much as a new unit. and in some cases as much or more. either way, if it is older than a year or two, then it's cost of ownership has been used/applied and time for budgeting and the purchase of a replacement that is currently supported.

I think that what RamboPreacher is sayinng it is cheaper to buy a new one.
