All,

Just a note to let you know that the Jude 2 Chat Room is back and better than ever! Evidently, at some point, it became broken. Not surprising, since it was a Java craplet...err...applet! And it pointed to a no longer existing IRC network.

That said... it's now been revamped! You no longer need pesky Java stuff in order to get on the chat room. And for those of you who would rather use an IRC client than a browser, it's still available on IRC. Best of both worlds.

Interesting. I saw you join once and then leave, but never said anything. Did you ever make it in, or was that when you got the black box?

May want to try again. It uses Mibbit, with is just AJAX, so it should work on pretty much any browser. What browser are you using?

Hello. I am an admin on the chat service that Jude2 is on. I wanted to point out two other alternative ways that you can access Jude2's chatroom and a way you can add Jude2's chatroom to your own website.

Lets begin with the two other ways of accessing Jude2's chatroom....

The first method allows you to login to DevishNet's website using a protected nickname and as soon as you join you'll be logged into our nickname service on our chat server. The URL to Jude2 through this method is at http://www.devish.net/chatrooms/join/Jude2

The second method is using a direct link: http://chatroom.devish.net/index.php?chan=Jude2 and if you add something like &nick=MatthewL to the end of the url you'll be signed on with that nick.


Finally the website code you can paste into your website, blog, whatever...
