According to the Urban Dictionary, "kathaksung" is a "man persecuted by the Feds" and a "conspiracy nut".

That entry was made by one identifying himself/herself as Sung Kat Hak. A poster by the name of "kathaksung" is all over threads on the internet talking about 9/11 conspiracies, etc. Googling the word produces 3,330 results.
