Graphics design question

We bought an Enduracut vinyl plot and cutter and it came with VE LXi software for creating jobs. We want to be able to create jobs from existing logos. For example, I want to cut out a Mountain Dew logo in a frosted vinyl to stick on a mirror over the top of our cooler doors.

We don't have Adobe Illustrator, nor do we know anything about designing. All we've managed to create so far are basic signs ("Please use other door"; "Triple S Hunting Club No Trespassing").

Help.
