Who are you talking to?
"God is excited to show you mercy. He rises to give you His compassion." (Isaiah 30:18)

"For surely, O LORD, you bless the righteous;
you surround them with your favor as with a shield." (Psalm 5:12)

THAT IS GREAT!!

After test last week at the dr---

Due to all the new medical issues that has popped up in my life. I must lose weight.

Dr said last week, I needed to lose quite a bit. He said that would help and may even get rid of a few issues.

So far I have cut down all my soft drinks- Good Bye to my Cheerwine and MTdew. I am down to 2 cups a day :)

I find it so hard to stick to a diet, I find it so hard to go out and walk. I Go back to the dr next week for a set of shots in my head due to super bad migrains,

The nurse told me he would go over my high blood report next week as well.

You really need to lose your weight and be strict on your diet. It is really important to monitor your blood pressure. Make sure that you’re following all the necessary advices of your doctor.

Congrats everyone! I am down to 213 as of this morning! I got up to 284 and when I got serious about losing, I was at 271 on Aug 20, 2010. Changing my eating habits and exercise has helped me towards my final goal of 170. Wife has lost 40 and daughter has lost 20(she has less to lose).

I recommend 2 programs to help you exercise; Begin with going to www.walkathome.com or your local Walmart and get the Walk at Home videos by Leslie Sansone. Easy to do anywhere and a great way to get in shape. Then find the 10 minute Trainer by Tony Horton, creator of P90X. DO NOT try to start exercise with the P90X or you will kill yourself ;-).
With Messiah Y'shua, we have access to His salvation.
With the Torah, we have access to His wisdom.

I have done the P90X a little it is a tough workout, but it is a great workout. I was listening to the radio this morning and a former professional NFL player (Brain Mitchell) said he has never completed the total 90 days and he never completed the Yoga workout in the program. The Yoga workout is the hardest in the program.

There is the P90 is a similar program but a lot easier than P90X program.
