Actually, believe it or not, a couple of people fell for it. It spread enough that friends of friends of friends went looking for the deal.

As for paying 200 bucks for it, I think it's worth that - I just don't know if it's worthy 600! lol. I've been playing with one in the store and really like it.

Are you guys doing your own on-site tech yet?? We're a test district for it.. So far, slow start.. But that's to be expected.

Do you mean mobile tech services? We are getting ready to start playing around with that in the near future. We have a target amount in tech sales we have to hit (we are very close) and then we get to gain another ERT and one of us will operate as in house and on-site; probably me.

They like the idea of sending me out on-site with my years of ministry experience as I am comfortable in a variety of settings and environments.

We actually are a test market for one of the three compensation reviews. Our area stores got pay raises for Tech and CPC to see if it stimulates increased productivity. Some of the raises were fairly significant.

Hey did you guys have all of that trouble (like we did) with the easy way selling bonus?

Some stores up here have mobile techs. We now have Certified on-site Technicians.. It's our ERT who has to take extra certifications to do on-site work... Really beats 3rd party, and we make more money on it.

I've heard about the compensation reviews as a test. How is working out?

Our guys' bonuses came about a week late, but that was all.

We didn't get a bonus for eight weeks.

We just lost our onsite tech - he covered all our stores and was undergirded by third party. We are now exclusively third party. However three stores in our area are testing an in store tech covering onsite jobs.

The jury is still out on the compensation trial. The company keeps missing their own deadlines - our raises were effective over thirty days ago and we still haven't seen them. That coupled with our missing bonuses is not producing satisfied techs. Lol.
