iPad help

Ok, so I am no longer a 100% PC person. I actually have an iPad now, thanks to work. Anyways, I have a techie question. In trying to Sync my pictures, the syncing only gets so far and then stops. Leaving me with only a partial sync of the pix I want. Is there no way just to drag and drop pictures onto my iPad? It sure would make it alot easier and quicker to manage my iPad pix, rather than using the sync process.

i can do that for pix on my iPod and just figured I should be able to with my iPad as well.
