Strange Request

I have ran across some people in the Philippines that I think are a real throwback ( not derogatory in any way ). In talking the Body of Christ Course came up.

It has been decades since I read the material. I recal that it listed Five Purposes of the Church (I think it was five) One was the Great Comission, To keep and guard the faith, Provide government for the 1000 year reign, Im sure ine must have been to gather in one fold all sheep, I can't recall the fifth if there was one. Am I close does any one have that page?

Could you list the purposes as it is listed in the book and the scripture ref:

I find it interesting that I stumple across groups of people or individuals who has had some contact with different groups and part of that groups doctrine or ideas remain even after contact is lost for decades.

I was ministering in a remote village several years ago in India and during the praise service I happen to look down and saw a person with a bible and it had the cogop flag decal on the front. My question was, where in the world did he get that.
