I haven't said much on Jude2 about this — mostly on Facebook — but I have a trip planned to the southeast in October to do some leadership training. I will be at Lakemoore COGOP (near Knoxville, TN) the weekend of October 11-13 doing some leadership training for that church and any others in the area who might attend.

I am about to purchase my plane ticket for that trip, and am open to doing the same leadership training either the weekend BEFORE (Oct. 4-6) or the weekend AFTER (Oct. 18-20) for other churches in the general region... Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee...

My plane fare is covered, so I am not looking for much. I am essentially offering FREE training. :D If there are any churches interested, I need to lock it down fast so I can complete my trip arrangements.

How far is Florida from Tennesee, Alabama, Georgia? :wink:

Give Scott a call. Maybe you all could work something out! Our church is growing and we could benefit from some developmental training for people freshly working.

Final details of Leadership Training trip

My October Leadership Training mainland trip is set.

• October 4-6 — Northside Worship Center in Columbus Georgia (Pastor Larry Biggers)
• October 11-13 — Lakemoore COGOP in Morristown Tennessee (Pastor Robert Carpenter)
• October 18-20 — Crossroads Chapel in Palm Harbor Florida (Pastor Scott Creasy)

At each of these locations we will have a Friday evening teaching session and a second session on Saturday, and then I will be the speaker at the Sunday Morning service at the host church.

If you live anywhere near any of these 3 churches you're invited (and welcome) to come be with us for these sessions! I am already prepping and praying about exactly how the sessions will be structured to maximize our time.
